Jason’s leadership is shaped by the discipline and determination he developed as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. His passion for American-made products drives him to embrace new skills, processes, and technology with a focus on quality from the start. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from UNLV, he gained over a decade of hands-on and leadership experience in CNC machining before founding Prime Manufacturing. Committed to continuous improvement, he encourages his team to refine processes and pursue excellence. His focus on building strong relationships with customers, employees, and partners has played a key role in Prime Manufacturing’s steady growth.

Growing up with a machinist father, Nick learned CNC machining early and quickly established himself as an expert toolmaker, mastering 5-axis machining well before it was mainstream. With a degree in machine manufacturing and experience at major manufacturers like Nike, Nick has a rich background in aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial machining. His ability to design, program, and prove out complex parts with speed and precision strengthens Prime Manufacturing’s capability to handle diverse projects. Since joining his former co-worker Jason in June 2021, Nick has focused on operations, bringing expertise and efficiency to every project, ensuring the highest quality for customers.
